Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of shipment, and the product must be in its original condition with the shipping information attached.

Please note that no applications will be accepted after this period. You can review the policies below:

  • Any damaged item is non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
  • Only one transaction is allowed per shipment—either return or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that may arise during the return or exchange process.
  • In the case of a combined order (return and exchange), the customer must clearly state this.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a full refund or a free replacement with no additional shipping charges, provided you submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order.
